The pull out coach was very comfortable to sleep on. Fully equipped kitchen was nice as well.
Even though everything looked pretty new - the ceiling in the bathroom was looking leaky and yellowish. Another big minus was the acustics in the appartments - you could hear your neighbour breathing if you were sleeping in the kitchen/common room area.

The manager was lovely and friendly. The building is directly next to the Salvation Army and is newly refurbished. We were pleasantly surprised by how new and modern everything was. The apartment was spotless with more than enough room for my husband and I. There was a bowl of fruit left for us on the dining table and towels and hand soap provided in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood isn't the best in the world, but not so bad that I felt unsafe. The street itself is residential so at night, there aren't a lot of people about. It's about a 10 minute walk (if that) to the East Ham tube station and most of that walk is along a busy high street with plenty of take aways and newsagents. We were there for the Paralympics and walked back from the tube station at about 11pm. The high street was brightly lit and still relatively busy then as we head into the more residential area, it seemed a bit more menacing, but again, I felt fine walking with my husband. As a woman, I wouldn't want to walk alone though. We did pass a group of about 5 young adults hanging about near the apartment building but I didn't find them threatening. It was a warm summer night and they were just hanging out and chatting. No one said anything to us as we walked by them. If you're used to life in the city, you'll be fine. Those from small towns or villages might feel intimidated.
The fruit was appreciated, but packets of milk, sugar, tea and coffee would've been even better. The parking situation could be better. I phoned and asked about parking and was told there was parking in front of the building as well as street parking. This gave me the impression there was parking in front of the building that was off the road. That isn't the case. It's entirely street parking. The building is on a one-way section of the road that does not require a parking permit. Further down, past Campbell St. there are signs saying a permit is required. We parked in the bit that didn't require a permit and got ticketed anyway. Turns out the entire area required a permit due to the Olympics. Would've been nice to have been warned about this! We're fighting the ticket, but could've really done without the hassle.

The apartments are brand new, and all well furnished. Everything you need is there. The master bed in the room is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. It was very quiet. We were close to the Olympic Stratford station, the reason why we came, so it was a good spot for us. 20 mn to Picadilly by tube. Station is 10 mn walking. Overall we had a good stay, and I would recommand.
First thing when we arrived was the moisture smell in the bathroom. I'm pretty sure by now it's fixed as I talked about it to the manager. As for the rest, do not forget the emergency number!!! We had a problem with our luggage being stuck in the room, we had to leave, and fortunately, someone was in one of the other room to give us the number. The manager came back and everything turned out right. Overall, it's a good place to stay, and I surely recommand it to people.

The apartment was clean and had all the amenities. Shopping is close by.
The area in which the apartment is situated is a bit dicey. The pull out couch was not very comfortable.

We were pleasantly surprised by finding a brand new serviced apart. hotel in this area for the price we paid, under £100. Everything in the apartment was new, it was nice and big with one bedroom and a living room with a proper double sofabed and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean. The hotel manager, Boyan, was very polite and kind with us and with good knowledge of the area. There is a local Tesco 2 mins away which is open till late and the High Street is just around the corner. Tube station is about 6-7 mins walk. As reception doesn't work 24/7 i would recommend contacting the hotel in advance to receive instructions if checking in late. Overall very good value for money.

Nice clean apartment,
Not a nice location, good for tube, but very strange area to have an appartement/hotel, area and residents made me feel very uncomfortable and not very safe, also apartment is unstaffed overnight and upon arrival I was told to make sure you shut the front door when you come or go, as anyone could just walk in off the street, the door does not shut on its own, they should but one of those things that pulls the door shut, I know that I've made sure it's shut but how can I know the other guests are as careful. Really thin walls and floors, that or elephants were staying in the flat above not good when staying with a small baby

All the little touches. Very accomodating and we've stayed previously. We needed an extra night during our booking, and as the appartment was fully boooked, the manager arranged for us to stay in another appartment owned by the company. Highly reccommend, and will definately stay again. Particularly ideal for small family, and easy reach of city centre by tube.
